Keiser M3 Indoor Cycle
The Keiser M3 Plus weighs 140 pounds and its maximum weight capacity is 300lbs. Because the bike is so heavy, transport wheels are pretty much a necessity, and of course, they are included. Both the seat and the handlebars are adjustable so that you can find a workout position you are comfortable with.
The foam-padded seat is moderately firm and very wide. Some of you might even find it too wide. It’s not the most comfortable seat out there, but it’s not the worst either. As for the noise, the only sound you will hear is the one made by the drive belt on the rear pulley, which is barely noticeable.
The LCD screen is your run-of-the-mill display, showing only the most basic info like the number of expended calories, speed and distance. Honestly, considering the retail price on this baby, I expected a lot more. Plus, since this indoor cycling bike features magnetic resistance, I don’t see any reason why the manufacturer couldn’t have provided us with some pre-set workout programs.
